We had a 'spirited' rounding of Mizen head. Having averaged 7 knots, rather than the 5 I had calculated, we arrived an hour before the tide turned in our favour and hence at wind against tide. Soggy!
Safely moored in Crookhaven at 1545 but it was too rough to go to the pub!
